The herbal mixture for a good balance
Treat yourself to a real treat and brighten your mood on cold and uncomfortable days with a cup of wonderfully fragrant hot 7*7 herbal tea! The fine selection of 49 ingredients such as herbs, seeds, spices, roots and flowers is not only mild and easily digestible, but also convinces the most discerning palate with its delicious aroma of the many plant species. Even on hot days, the balanced mixture of herbs is a soothing refreshment when enjoyed chilled.
Most people drink too little. Use the 7 * 7 herbal tea as a kind of mild house cleaning! In this way, lethargy and heaviness can simply be washed away and the spirits are awakened.
Preparation:
Take one tablespoon of herbs or two tea bags per liter of water, one teaspoon or filter bag per cup. Then scald with boiling water, please not from the microwave. Then allow to steep for two to three minutes and pour through a sieve or remove the filter bag.
Use:
Drink as many cups as you like daily. In summer as a cool thirst quencher, in winter as a warm house tea. The tea is also excellently suited to accompany fasting and diets, as well as to accompany cleansing and well-being cures.
In addition to your tea, drink 1...1.5 liters of mineral-poor still water throughout the day (see, for example, our Pi water in the shop.
